PinPoint ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Deal Online. This Privacy Policy explains what information the PinPoint apps collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using PinPoint, you agree to this policy.

Location data (precise). The Connect app collects your precise device location, including when the app is closed or not in use, so that the family members you have connected with can see your real-time location. Location is collected only while you have sharing enabled.
Account information. Your name, and either your phone number (if you sign in with OTP) or your Google account identifier (if you sign in with Google).
Device information. A device identifier and a push-notification token (FCM), used to deliver notifications and to keep your session secure.
Battery level. Your device battery level, used to alert your connected family members if your battery is low (so they know your phone may go offline).
We do not collect or sell your data for advertising.
Your location is shared only with the specific family members you have accepted by entering their invite code. No other user can see your location. We do not make your location public, and we do not sell or share it with advertisers or third parties for their own purposes.
While location sharing is active, the Connect app shows a persistent notification so you always know your location is being shared.
You can delete your account and associated data:
When you delete your account, your profile, connections, and stored location data are removed.
PinPoint is intended only for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. By using PinPoint, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us data, contact support@livepinpoint.com and we will remove it.
We transmit data over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
